Hmmm that's a hard one. I have a love/hate relationship with my favorite books being turned into movies or tv series. So I'm picking one that is actually being turned into a movie and say City of Bones by Cassandra Clare. I'm insanely disappointed in who they have cast for both Clary and Jace. Here is my dream cast.
So those are the people I really wish they would cast. I'm so angry about the Lili and Jamie casts that they have already done. Lily is a poor actress with hideous eyebrows that no one ever seems to fix for her and while Jamie is a decent actor, but he isn't really "Jace" material. Plus he's already in Twilight and Harry Potter. He doesn't need to be in MI too. He's being a major blockbuster hog.

I haven't been following the casting for the TMI movies, but I like your choices. Lily Collins does have some unfortunate eyebrows. (kinda like the little girl they picked for Prim in the Hunger Games.) Are those kind of eyebrows in style now or something?

*melt moment* Alex Pettyfer. Such a hottie! I would definitely see a Mortal Instruments if there actually was one. I read the book and I loved it!
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you! I think that Alex Pettyfer would have made a better Jace. I didn't know he was in Twilight and Harry Potter, but that's a good point. I've never seen Lily in action, either. I really like your cast!
