Feature and Follow Hop




Q: Have you ever looked at book's cover and thought, This is going to be horrible? But, was instead pleasantly surprised? Show us the cover and tell us about the book.
This question leaves me completely puzzled. Why would I pick up a book with a bad cover and think it was going to be horrible, and then read it? If I think a book is going to be horrible, I'm not going to read it. I can think of books that have ugly covers, but I've never thought that the book will be bad because of it. I just think the author was unfortunate to have a bad cover designer.

    Sometimes we pick up books because others recommended them, accepted for reviews or for blog tours. In those cases, you will read them, no matter what the cover looks like..we feel like "let's give it a chance". That's what the question meant. :) Anyway, I like your blog style.

    Great answer! I would only pick up something with a bad cover if it came with a recommendation. I'm a shallow creature...

I love getting comments! I'm always checking to see if I have any new comments. It's actually pretty sad how often I check for them really. So if there is anything you want to say about a post of mine, please say it! I want feedback :)

As of lately, I'm making the blog a no-award blog. I love getting them and I'm always honored, but I don't have the time to do all the things that are required of them. Sorry :(
Also, my "reply" button does not seem to be working in my comments on my computer. I have to use a different computer to reply back so if I don't reply, it's not because I'm rude, it's just that I can't.
