Top Ten Tuesday-- Ten books to read in a day

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the girls over at The Broke and the Bookish

This weeks topic is Ten books to read in a day. I'm going to clarify that and say to read each of these books in one day.

These are actually a list of the books I've recently read in one sitting. I was hoping to get some new titles on a TTT list because it always seems that the same 20 or so books are always on the list.

1. Clarity/Perception by Kim Harrington:
I adore these books and really hope that there will be a third because I can think of the perfect story line for it. These books are a lot of fun mixed in with suspense and a little paranormal.

2. The Queen's Lady by Eve Edwards:
Both The Other Countess and The Queen's Lady  were really fast reads for me. I love reading books that take place in the Tudor time period. These two did not disappoint at all.

3. Amy and Roger's Epic Detour by Morgan Matson:
Ah! I can not even say how much I adore this book. So freaking good.

4. Incarnate by Jodi Meadows:
This is by far my favorite reincarnation story. It was beautiful and interesting.

5. The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight by Jennifer E. Smith:
It's about an American girl who meets a very cute British boy while on an airplane. What's not to love about that?

6. Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire:
This is a book I'm going to be rereading sometime soon because I forgot to write a review for it before. Plus I loved it and want to reread it.

7. The Fault In Our Stars by John Green:
I don't think it's possible to put this book down once you pick it up. You have to read until the end. And then you'll be crying really hard and will have that happy sad feeling for a while.

8. Unwind by Neal Shusterman:
Another book that will be impossible to put down once you start. You just have to know what happens next.

9. Anna Dressed in Blood by Kendare Blake:
This book was just that good. But you really need to have the right setting for it. Read it in the dark on a rainy night. I also read it while we were having a major storm. It was perfect!

10. Enclave by Ann Aguirre:
This was just a cool book.

  5. The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight seems to be a general consensus on all our lists, it's the perfect one-dayer! (And we all want a little Oliver, of course! haha) I also put TFiOS, it's impossible to not devour it in one sitting because you're so involved and engaged.

    Great list!

  6. The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight was on my list too - whilst it wasn't my favourite contemporary read, it was nice and short - literally read it in one sitting!

    Great list!

  9. I loved Beautiful Disaster, though I have to admit that Abby and Travis's relationship is pretty dysfunctional. I'm reading A Streetcar Named Desire for my American literature class right now and they remind me a lot of Stanley and Stella (without the abuse, of course).

The play really makes me want to reread BD, which I'll probably do since the book is still on my nightstand from when I finished it (for the second time) a month ago. Dang, that book's addictive! :)

I love getting comments! I'm always checking to see if I have any new comments. It's actually pretty sad how often I check for them really. So if there is anything you want to say about a post of mine, please say it! I want feedback :)

As of lately, I'm making the blog a no-award blog. I love getting them and I'm always honored, but I don't have the time to do all the things that are required of them. Sorry :(
Also, my "reply" button does not seem to be working in my comments on my computer. I have to use a different computer to reply back so if I don't reply, it's not because I'm rude, it's just that I can't.
