Top Ten Tuesday-- Books I'm excited to read in 2012

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by the girls over at The Broke and the Bookish. Each week they give a topic and you write your top ten for whatever the topic is.

This weeks topic is Ten books you can't wait to read in 2012

These are all books that are coming out this year. They are in order of release date:

1. The Fault In Our Stars by John Green (Release Jan. 10th):
AHHHHH!!!!! Oh how I love John's books and after listening to him reading the first two chapters of this book, I can't wait to read it. It's going to be fantastic and I'm excited to see how well John does with getting into the mind set of a 16 year old girl.

2. Fever by Lauren Destefano (Release Feb 21st):
I don't know if I'm more excited for this book or for the cover. As weird as that may sound. I'm madly in love with the covers for these books and if they came out with them, I'd buy a poster of them in a heart beat.

3. A Perfect Blood by Kim Harrison (Release Feb 21st):
How could I not be excited for this book??????? I'm definitely excited to see where the Trent/Rachel relationship goes and what happens with Big Al and Pierce. I was almost tempted to big on the super expensive ARC of this that is up on ebay right now just so I could find out early.

4. Allegiance by Cayla Kluver (Release Feb 28th):
The end of Legacy shocked me. Completely shocked me. I'm dying to know what happens next.

5. The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa (Release April 24th):
Julie Kagawa is awesome and I can't wait to find out all about her new series. I'm dying to meet all the new characters.

6. Insurgent by Veronica Roth (Release May 28th):
We get to see more of the other places!!!! and then of course there is Four. *dreamy sigh*

7. Endlessly by Kiersten White (Release July 24th):
What is going to happen with Evie and Lend?????

8. Enshadowed by Kelly Creagh (Release August 28th):
I have been waiting for this book for so freaking long. It will be almost 2 years after the first one came out that this one comes out. I hate waiting and the fact that this release date got pushed back AGAIN just sucks. Sucks I tell you!!!

9. Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare (Release Nov???):
OMFG Clockwork Prince was super fantastic and I need to know what happens next!!!

10. Isla and the Happily Ever After by Stephanie Perkins (Release ????):
Stephanie's books never fail to put a big happy grin on my face. They are so sweet and adorable and addicting. They are the crack of the YA book world.

This list was ridiculously hard to come up with. There are at least 10 more books that I am dying to read that should be on this list. Picking just 10 was hard. But these are the ones that I know I will be driving 45 minutes to the nearest new book store to go buy (yes that's right, my city is the capital of the state, yet we do not have a new book store. Lammmmmeeeee).

  1. Wow, I can't believe you have to drive that far to a book store!

I love getting comments! I'm always checking to see if I have any new comments. It's actually pretty sad how often I check for them really. So if there is anything you want to say about a post of mine, please say it! I want feedback :)

As of lately, I'm making the blog a no-award blog. I love getting them and I'm always honored, but I don't have the time to do all the things that are required of them. Sorry :(
Also, my "reply" button does not seem to be working in my comments on my computer. I have to use a different computer to reply back so if I don't reply, it's not because I'm rude, it's just that I can't.
