This weeks question:
What is your favorite Book cover?

My answer:
Oh... hmm... favorite book cover??? I have two series for which I love all the covers.

 City of Glass by Cassandra Clare
All of her covers are amazing but this one sticks out with me the most. That could be cause this was my favorite of all her books.


Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by JK Rowling
This is my other favorite cover. I did a painting of all the HP covers last year and fell madly in love with the painting techniques for the covers of all the US HP books. I love how they are actual paintings and not graphic images. The painter in me drools whenever I see these covers. Beautiful.

    Wow, I didn't know the covers for the Harry Potter books were actual paintings. They certainly stand out from the rest! Thanks for the little info and happy hopping. :)

    Cassandra Clare's books - they are fantastic covers aren't they :) I've read the whole series so far and can't wait for the 4th. Have you read Clockwork Angel yet?

    I do like the Harry Potter covers. They are very unique. I especially like how all the drawings for the chapter titles sort of "match" the cover art in the way they are drawn.

    Found you through the hop, am now a follower, i found this question very hard, there are so many covers i love. Harry Potter covers are fantastic, but i love anything Harry Potter :D

    Found you on the hop and now I'm a follower, too. are your chess pieces more of a nod to the final book in the Twilight series or a nod to the incomplete Harry Potter fanfic, Pawn to Queen? Or both?

I love getting comments! I'm always checking to see if I have any new comments. It's actually pretty sad how often I check for them really. So if there is anything you want to say about a post of mine, please say it! I want feedback :)

As of lately, I'm making the blog a no-award blog. I love getting them and I'm always honored, but I don't have the time to do all the things that are required of them. Sorry :(
Also, my "reply" button does not seem to be working in my comments on my computer. I have to use a different computer to reply back so if I don't reply, it's not because I'm rude, it's just that I can't.
