Product Description:
From prehistory to the present, theirs was a love for the ages. It starts with a fight in a cave over an elusive green jewel...and then travels over time and lies to include Egyptian slaves, Greek temples, Massachusetts witch trials, Civil War battlefields, Paris on the eve of World War II, America in the 1960's... and a pair of modern-day teenagers. For readers who believe that love is stronger than time or death, this is an unforgettable novel from a wonderful storyteller.

My thoughts:
The first thing that comes to my mind when I think about this book is "wow." some of the characters past lives were very strange, like the cave men. There were many times that I was confused to what was going on in the story. This was mostly after a death and before a reincarnation. The letters from people could be confusing and not needed. There were also some time framing errors in these letters as well. some of the life cycles that were there did not seem very important at all, but were there to fill up for longer periods of time. What I really did like about the story is how little pieces of what happened in past lives would affect the next life. Like how the boy always had headaches and the girl had a bad ankle and a fear of fire. having all the lives connected by simple things like the love of emeralds or a pair of earrings was precious. I would have liked to see the ending go on for alittle while longer. I felt that it was rushed and was disappointed that there wasn't any narration from the boys perspective.

My rating: 6.5/10

I love getting comments! I'm always checking to see if I have any new comments. It's actually pretty sad how often I check for them really. So if there is anything you want to say about a post of mine, please say it! I want feedback :)

As of lately, I'm making the blog a no-award blog. I love getting them and I'm always honored, but I don't have the time to do all the things that are required of them. Sorry :(
Also, my "reply" button does not seem to be working in my comments on my computer. I have to use a different computer to reply back so if I don't reply, it's not because I'm rude, it's just that I can't.
