Cover Reveal: Mark of Athena

Tonight when I got off work and checked my facebook, I saw that Rick Riordan posted the cover for the next book in the Heroes of Olympus series! Woo hoo! Here it is.....


BAM! There it is! Isn't it so incredibly beautiful? With the pink owl in the back and the Romans and the Greek Demigods fighting on flying ponies. I love love love it! Definitely my favorite of the 3 so far.

Mark of Athena is the 3rd book in the Heroes of Olympus series and will come out October 2nd 2012 in the US.

    Oh I love it!!! I'm still waiting for all the books to come out before I start this series, but I love the covers.

      I think there are going to be 5 books in this series and the last one will be coming out in October of 2014. That seems like forever from now :(

    have you read the first chapter RR is a genius!!! I personally read them all and I'm so excited about this one. it will be a pentology. PS i'm writing a book

      I haven't read the first chapter yet. I actually haven't read the second book in this series yet either. I bought it the day it came out but then got swamped with books. Now I'm waiting till it's a little closer to TMOA release date to read SON.

    i love Rick Riordan's writing! He is absolutely amazing i just read his new book The Demigod Diaries, it was as wonderful as his other books! His son who i think is 16 wrote the last short story for this book and i defiantly have to say that he did wonderful!! Honestly if more writers were like this kid we wouldn't have so much crap on the shelves of our library's and book stores. He stuck to the world that Rick Riordan created but added twists that were all his own!!! I loved it everyone should read it!

I love getting comments! I'm always checking to see if I have any new comments. It's actually pretty sad how often I check for them really. So if there is anything you want to say about a post of mine, please say it! I want feedback :)

As of lately, I'm making the blog a no-award blog. I love getting them and I'm always honored, but I don't have the time to do all the things that are required of them. Sorry :(
